We had a great meal here...the antipasto bar was excellent (my daughter said that the next time she comes here she will get the antipasto bar as her full meal!) Our dishes were all very good. The lasagna was the most creative presentation of this dish I have seen! The Osso Bucco was fork tender, and my fluke was cooked perfectly. They do offer gluten free pasta, which I thought was wonderfully progressive, but when I learned the pasta was made out of corn and rice flour, I passed and went with the fish instead(corn pasta? Pleasant experience. No kid menu. Food and service good. Nice venue. Convenient
My wife and I have been going here for over five years. Portions are large, especially the soups, fish and veal dishes. Service is very good and you can get in and out in an hour if you want to. Drinks have been getting more expensive every year, my Ketel One on the rocks was $15 per drink. My Hanger Steak Pizzalo was cooked perfectly. Desserts are fabulous.
This is one of my go to spots before the theatre, with auntie when she's in town from Wisconsin, and when Times Square is a convenient location. Really good food and lovely service in a cool old men's store.
The staff was fantastic! They were extremely friendly, ready to help, and very easy-going! The service was on target and not overbearing...they were extremely genuine and that's hard to "sell" much less find these days. Thank you for making a wonderful day in NYC even better!
Bond 45 was as amazing as I remember. It's a bit pricy but worth every dollar. Try the filet mignon. Not as buttery as before but just as delicious.
Our waiter was great. There was a small communication error with the kitchen so our entree was delayed but he still managed to make sure we got dessert... Birthday sparkler included. As someone who is gluten free their menu is great.
Kind of loud with a limited (in my opinion) menu. Although there were many things to choose from, there wasn't a wide variety within those choices. The ambiance was nice with an old NY kind of feel...I expected to see a hollywood gangster smoking a cigar at a corner table upon leaving. All in all a very good experience but the menu could use some variation.
