The kitchen was having problems and therefor was stuck with a limited menu and the restaurant MORE than compensated with free champagne, dessert and lots of great other little perks. I've always really enjoyed their freshly-made mozarrella and now I really enjoy how great they are in a crunch time!
It was just fine, not neraly up to thestandards set by Red Eye or Tratoria del'arte, but for that location, a god start. The muscles were too small, and some shels empty, and not in the soup. The shrimp dish I ordered was exaclt as advertized, and good tho not quiten scampi.
This was pre-theater dinner on a Saturday night and as it became more and more crowded, service at our table deteriorated. Lots of bumping into by servers and patrons trying to squeeze by. Food was very good.
Both food and service were very good. An overall very good dining experience!!
The food was delicious. We had a thin crust pizza and a salad. We had time to kill before a play and we were not rushed out. It was fairly pricey but what do you expect for the theatre district. at least the food was good!
The food was delicious. A little pricey, but not too bad for NYC. Very close to theaters. Would definitely return.
Great pre-theater restaurant with professional service and excellent food. They feed you well and get you out in time for your show. Very big, open and noisy -- it captures the energy and vibrance of Times Square!
Very pleasant at entrance, very accomodating. Great experience.
The antipasti was as good as any place in Italy; the service was prompt and professional; the food was terrific; the noise was louder than would allow for table coversation; the lighting was too dark which made it difficult for the older members of our party to read the menu without using the tables candles for an assist. I recommend the restaurant without reservation. Michael A. Fasano
