I went on a trip to NYC with my girlfriend and had dinner here. It wasn't too expensive for its location near Times Square. Great for steaks but its menu was limited. A fancy but fun place. Would recommend for sure.
I loved the service we had at Bond 45; our server Jonathan was super fun and sweetly cute with his jokes. For our disappointment the chef does not have any item like “Pumpkin Ravioli” or Squash in the menu. I wish they will thing of incrementing the menu more seasonally. I do recommend the Risotto - it is a must to try.
Food was very good. Service was excellent. Great experience. They had a big party that needed to be seated so asked us to move our table. For our inconvenience they accommodated us by compensating us desert and drinks. We would definitely go back.
I love the food at Bond 45, the selection for vegetarians is quite good, HOWEVER!!! I went there for a business meeting and had my name in on a reservation. After waiting 10 minutes for my guest to arrive, I double checked with the Maitre'd to ask if perhaps my meeting had also come in under their own name, I was assured, absolutely not. After waiting another 10 minutes on a very busy day, suddenly, the person I was meeting was coming to my table telling me he had been there for 25 minutes. We've dined here 2-3 times when in NYC for shows, and we've always enjoyed it.
Service was excellent, there when you needed something but allowed you time to enjoy your meal, never felt rushed to get done. As for the food, we had steak, shrimp, and veal, all excellent. A little expensive but well worth it.
I would recommend this specifically as a decent,convenient,fairly reasonable pre-theatre stop, but for me would not be a main objective dining experience. Given all of these factors it was good but nothing special. My martini was delicious(great big olives!, artichoke appetizer was also delicious, server was very pleasant and efficient. Chicken Paillard was too thin, dry and excessively peppered.
We had an absolutely incredible time here. The service/server was GREAT and very entertaining. The food was outstanding and the wine selection was vast and reasonably priced. We will definitely recommend this place and be back soon.
Came here for breakfast one time (which was one of the best breakfasts) and figured we would try for dinner. We brought my niece who was 7 and they didn't have a kids menu. I love the inside of this restaurant. Great location as well
