Fun upbeat atmosphere. Terrific antipasto selections, check them out up front as you head to your table. One of the few places in the Theatre district with very good food and a fun atmosphere.
Except for being out of most steaks from a busy Saturday night, our Sunday dinner was great. We were able to eat at a relaxing pace and make our show time. We will return.
always go here while I'm in NYC. Close to Time Square. Good food and service.
Food was delicious. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for the holidays. It doesn't have a huge menu but the food was great. A nice casual place right off Broadway.
My 13 year old food loving son picked Bond 45 for his birthday this year - and what a great choice! My husband and brother said the steaks are comparable to Morton's or any other "fine" steakhouse. My son and I both had the pasta with sea urchin butter...omigod it was amazing. The desserts are to die for, the service was perfect and we all had a great time!
Every member of our family simply loved the food and service, even our picky 11-year-old loved his spaghetti and meatballs. The veal parmesan meal was extremely tender and tasty, but is way too much for one person--it filled the platter. The lamb chops were thick and juicy, definitely recommended. The Chocolate Mousse was EXCELLENT, a must have dessert. Also loved the cannoli.
All the food we tried (great fried artichokes!) was delicious. The only thing that marred the evening was that a steak ordered medium rare arrived medium well, and after the waiter quickly brought a replacement, the new one arrived rare.
The restaurant had a nice authentic Italian ambience. The antipasto was presented beautifully & was delicious. However we there was a long wait until the next course and when our soup arrived it was warm not hot. It was a big disappointment. Our waitress was very pleasant and informative however scarce, she also served as the bartender. Reservations were made well in advance and we were placed in a corner by the bar, not in the main restaurant. Also a disappointment.
A fun place. A tad expensive, but I guess that has to do with the location. Broad selection of menu items, lots of energy, helpful staff. This was a second visit. We like the place.
