Great Service I have a 2005 Kia Sorento EX with 133,000 miles. I have never had a problem with the car until it started leaking a little oil at the valve cover gasket. Tiger had the car checked and sure enough it was the gasket. They found a couple more things that needed attention and set the repair up. Good Service Scheduled the service on line. Service took a little longer than expected but was acceptable. While I was waiting, I was able to get a quote from the Allstate Insurance representative at the dealer which provided better coverage at the same cost as my current insurance provider.
Car buying experience at Boniface Kia I found the purchasing from Kia to be less stressful than anticipated. Mr. Dixon was very helpful in making my experience a positive one. I have had my car in less than a week and am thus far pleased. I would definitely recommend to friends and family to try this dealership to purchase a car. I was referred to Mr. Dixon by a family member who just recently purchased a car. In addition, I found the atmosphere at this dealership warm and not intimidating.
Costumer service are the best I brought my 2011 Kia Sportage on Oct.17,2014 for a regular maintenance oil change etc. and when I get there this gentleman Tiger treat me with respect and give a great customer service. He explain to me every detail about my suv also I explain to him about a problem with a squeaking noise on my suv and I told him the that was the third time the I was explain to them and he said don't worry we will found it and fixed. Service We purchased a 2014 Kia Sedona last month and brought it it to have some rain guards installed on the windows. While generally we would have marked everything "excellent", because that is the kind of service we get every time we come here, we couldn't do that this time. This particular visit there was a lot of confusion and miscommuincation between the service, parts and warranty departments. Happy Customer Bought a new Kia Forte 5 in February 2014. Owned 2 previous Hyundai's and chose Kia for many reasons: styling, features, fuel economy, power (173hp really helps) and warranty.
