Kia Soul first oil change Just had my first oil change and it was super easy! Scheduling was a breeze. Check in was simple and painless. The Melbourne dealership was really busy when I pulled in but the service department is a well oiled machine! Looking forward to many more trips!
ALWAYS COME HERE FOR YOUR SERVICE!!! ON "ANY" MAKE I HAVE BROUGHT ALL MY VEHICLES HERE TO THIS LOCATION FOR YEARS. I RECENTLY BOUGHT A 1996 FORD F-150 FROM THE DEALERSHIP. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN SECOND TO NONE, SINCE MY PURCHASE. AND THE WARRANTY FOREVER CAN'T BE FOUND ANYWHERE ELSE. VERY HAPPY WITH THE ENTIRE BONIFACE-HIERS TEAM.
Perfect service I can't imagine anyone going any place other that Boniface Hiers Kia (other than other BH dealers) The vehicle I have was build in Georgia and very high quality. Alll my service has been with Boniface Hiers as well and it has been what I would have to call Perfect. Their service people go to a 6! (where the highest rating allowed is a 5)
Oil Change I needed a routine oil change on my new Kia Rio and I was very pleased at the ease of getting an appointment which would fit my schedule and at how quickly the service was done. They even washed my car.

Great Service I have a 2005 Kia Sorento EX with 133,000 miles. I have never had a problem with the car until it started leaking a little oil at the valve cover gasket. Tiger had the car checked and sure enough it was the gasket. They found a couple more things that needed attention and set the repair up. Due to my work schedule I had to have the car back in 2 days or I was going to have a problem Tiger promised it would be done even if they had to stay late. Tiger came through with flying colors. Good Service Scheduled the service on line. Service took a little longer than expected but was acceptable. While I was waiting, I was able to get a quote from the Allstate Insurance representative at the dealer which provided better coverage at the same cost as my current insurance provider.
Car buying experience at Boniface Kia I found the purchasing from Kia to be less stressful than anticipated. Mr. Dixon was very helpful in making my experience a positive one. I have had my car in less than a week and am thus far pleased. I would definitely recommend to friends and family to try this dealership to purchase a car. I was referred to Mr. Dixon by a family member who just recently purchased a car. In addition, I found the atmosphere at this dealership warm and not intimidating.
Costumer service are the best I brought my 2011 Kia Sportage on Oct.17,2014 for a regular maintenance oil change etc. and when I get there this gentleman Tiger treat me with respect and give a great customer service. He explain to me every detail about my suv also I explain to him about a problem with a squeaking noise on my suv and I told him the that was the third time the I was explain to them and he said don't worry we will found it and fixed.
