Very friendly sales people. I contacted the dealer via the internet. Everything went smoothly. Theresa responded quickly and I made arrangment to test a car the next day. Have been loving this place for years! We have always loved Boniface. Have been buying our cars there for years. Bought a car a few weeks ago and came in for my first oil change yesterday. I was able to come as soon as I called and was in and out in under 30 mins! Appreciate the great service and friendly staff !!!
Just stoped by to make scheduled maintanance apptm Service was excellent ,instaed of making appmnt. I was told they can to the service right now and it would take apprx. 1hr. They did the service, rotated Tires and washed the car and I was out the door as promised Cutos to Servicemngr.and team involved to made it happen.
terrible customer service DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I bought my mazda a little over three months ago and I am still trying to get the second flip key they promised me at signing. I have gone to the dealer a total of 10 times for the same issues. Not once has the dealership accepted responsibility for any of the problems I have had nor have they called me back to update me on anything. Customer Service Worst customer service I have ever seen, my wife took our 2011 Mazda CX-7 in for an OIL CHANGE 2 weeks ago and they damaged the door. They peeled the clear coat off the door and refuse to repair it. The service rep Yves Fernandez tells her there were bubbles in the clear coat and when washed it was peeled off, really it was there for an oil change.
