Service We purchased a 2014 Kia Sedona last month and brought it it to have some rain guards installed on the windows. While generally we would have marked everything "excellent", because that is the kind of service we get every time we come here, we couldn't do that this time. This particular visit there was a lot of confusion and miscommuincation between the service, parts and warranty departments. Happy Customer Bought a new Kia Forte 5 in February 2014. Owned 2 previous Hyundai's and chose Kia for many reasons: styling, features, fuel economy, power (173hp really helps) and warranty. They did not have the color we wanted and a sunroof, so they found one in Orlando and brought it in. Loved it and bought it. Very friendly sales people. I contacted the dealer via the internet. Everything went smoothly. Theresa responded quickly and I made arrangment to test a car the next day. The car was everything that was described. However not content to test just one car, I had Sandi, the sales person, show me multible cars that I was interested in. Have been loving this place for years! We have always loved Boniface. Have been buying our cars there for years. Bought a car a few weeks ago and came in for my first oil change yesterday. I was able to come as soon as I called and was in and out in under 30 mins! Appreciate the great service and friendly staff !!!
Just stoped by to make scheduled maintanance apptm Service was excellent ,instaed of making appmnt. I was told they can to the service right now and it would take apprx. 1hr. They did the service, rotated Tires and washed the car and I was out the door as promised Cutos to Servicemngr.and team involved to made it happen.
