Ask for Moe, the Sales Manager & Moe, in Sales. I enjoyed trading in my other Kia for an upgraded model. The paperwork was quicker than many other car purchases I've done from other dealerships.

Worst Dealership I have ever purchased from Update: After 1 year of owning a car sold buy this dealership I still stand by my 1 star review. Service Department Horrible Boniface Hiers Kia service department sucks and I wouldn’t refer my enemy to get service work done at the Melbourne FL Kia location. Lack of communication, ownership for actions, and lots of false promises are all you will get from them. Was personally told by the service manager to take my car somewhere else after waiting 14 days on a warranty repair to my AC system….great leadership you got there. Better Kia Dealer than City Kia orlando They tried to accommodate all needs. This was a spur of the moment sale. The salesperson ran around to accomplish this sale. It was not easy. They kept me informed every step of the way.

Has followed up with me to Make sure I know how everything works. Took his time to explain the features of my car to me. Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. Nightmare in the service department Had my car in for service no follow up call until I called every other day finally getting through after being disconnected or put on hold for over 20 minutes!!
