Wait four hours Came in for scheduled oil change . Took 4 hours …. What’s the point of an appointment if you just have to wait for hours ?????
Oil change I had an appointment at 8:30 for an oil change, arrives 20 minutes early. At 10:15 I went to check on the vehicle and they asked who he was. They went and checked on my vehicle and told me I was next. Why are you scheduling an 8;30 appointment and haven't even touched my vehicle for almost 2 hours?
