Service with a smil Grace experience, second to none. I could not ask for more . The representative that I dealt was professional, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. I have no regrets dealing with this individual.
A+ salesmen I can’t say enough about the salesman, Pedro, and the manager, Daniel, both of whom treated me like an old friend. They were patient and respectful and went out of their way to make sure my questions were answered, the deal was to my satisfaction, and that I was a happy customer. Can’t ask for more than that. As a retired teacher they both get an A+!
Read Before Signing Unfortunately I cannot give Boniface a positive review for one reason, $899.00 added to the price during the finance process. The price agreed on was the price plus TTT (taxes, title and tags). After signing the paper (without paying attention) I get home to find a dealer prep charge of $899 was added to the vehicle price. Getting an oil change at Boniface Kia of Melbourne Dealership customer service was exceptional. For starters I liked how I was able to come early and they were able to not only service me but finish within 2 hours. In addition the waiting room had a nice TV with nice chairs and some plugins to charger Electronics in a way for you to use Wi-Fi. The representative was also helpful in helping me with a payment plan for the expense and gave great detail about my car. Would definitely recommend.

They have a nice waiting area that was very comfortable and everything to make your wait comfortable. Even though very busy. Tiger made sure zi understood everything.
