Excellent Customer Service by Mr. Tiger Tiger at the service department always does a great job of getting our car fixed or serviced as needed for me and my entire family. He always keeps me informed on how things are going while I wait or he called me at work. This is one of the main reason I have bought 4 cars in this dealer since he take care my family even that we do not have an appointment he always find for us a solution. Bad experience with the finance dept I was very disappointed in the finance dept at the dealership. They lost my paperwork and failed to notify me for 9 days that they could not honor the deal they promised. They also failed to payoff my trade in loan causing me to be delinquent on my payment. When they asked me to come back into the dealership to resign, the original fiance manager pawned me off to a co-worker and did not make himself available to support my needs, the issue that he created. Great KIA Soul Service Experience This dealer sent me many coupons to help reduce my next recommended service cost. I save them and brought them in to Ives who is my normal service adviser. He utilizes the coupons which apply to my particular service needs and it always results in unexpected lower costs at each visit. I feel I am getting the service I need at the appropriate time and never hesitate to bring my car in at the recommended mileage.
