RecommendedI have a 2017 kia optima that I didn't buy from this location but I had a couple of issues with my car. I came to this location and ROSE ROWE help me out with my issues. Her customer service is 110% excellent and the Kenna Tarrant that came and pick up my car was so great she came in my store to drop off my vehicle and sat down with me and explained all my paper work. Salesman Jim Monaghan was great to deal with and always makes sure to ask how my car is doing whenever I see him. Service department is always helpful about getting my car in ASAP even when I have shown up early or late for appointments. Service rep, Tiger, has gone out of his way numerous times to help me.
