review We had to travel from Sebring to Melbourne to get an oil change because we bought a deal for free service and were told we could have it done anywhere for free, but that was a lie. Our time there was fine and the service was good, but we don't like being lied to. We have a KIA dealership right here. We bought there because we were in an accident and needed a car before we could go home.
Clive Edwards We purchased our Kia Sorento from BH in 2012 and have always used the Service Centre, the staff are first class and always very professional - Tiger Trainer our Service Dept contact is the best, he explains everything relating to the service or repair required on your car and the cost involved. Good set up throughout with coffee, snacks and wi-fi connection available in the lounge/showroom.
My Kia Repair/Kia Service I ran over a tile cutter that had fallen off someones vehicle. It damaged my front bumper lip and the transmissions panel cover causing significant loss of fluid and rendering the vehicle to a non-drivable condition. It was towed into Bonaface-Hiers for evaluation and repair, Yves Fernandez was called letting him know it was coming. Good service Had a recall service done. Everything went fine. they had great amenities as we waited but the services area could use a face lift cosmetically. Other than that, service was great and staff was friendly.
Car service Made a appointment,there was no waiting. Asked me a few question's gave me an estimate of time to complete the work got the car back 15 min sooner.

Bought a Kia Sorento Jim Monaghan was our salesman and in all our years we never had a car salesman so knowledgeable and helpful and volunteering info about the vehicle he represented, it was a pleasure making the deal with him, he is definitely an asset to your dealership, the only drawback was the the amount of time we had to spend there, but in the end it was well worth it
