Happy customer I hadn't expected to leave my vehicle but I wouldn't have had the pleasure of meeting Calvin the shuttle driver if I hadn't. The experience was quite pleasant, the driver was courteous and friendly. He got me home safely and promptly. I thought I would have my daughter available to bring me back to the dealership, unfortunately it wasn't possible and I had to call for the shuttle to retrieve me. Sandi was professional and friendly My wife and I were there to purchase her car after a 3-year lease, which should have been the easiest deal of all. Sandy was professional, very helpful and made everything go nicely. I admit that we had lots of questions, since this was our first lease and she answered all of them. If I had any complaint it was the typical constant up-and-down between us and the sales manager that dragged out the deal for hours. I finally had to tell her to wrap this up because it was taking so long.
excellent service great service. in and out quickly, amenities were nice. complimentary bottled water and coffee were nice. even a nice car wash. customer personnel was kind and courteous.
