Kia in Melbourne Mike was great the service was awesome and my was returned all washed
Great and quick service! The service was top notch and quick. Very happy. And there was no high pressure sales pitch for a ton of additional services needed. On a car with 94k miles on it, I assumed I was going to get a laundry list of 'required' services before all doom broke out. But no, two things were mentioned (alignment and lights) with no pressure. Thanks!
All around excellent I love my Kia's (2) and always have an excellent experience with Boniface Kia. Wait time is minimal and repairs are done correctly. Everyone is polite and professional.

Service is 5 stars I have been having my car serviced by Boniface Hiers Kia for years. Unlike other dealers, their service department doesn't try to pressure you into getting additional services. They make suggestions as to what they would recommend being done, but I have never felt pressured into agreeing to a particular service. I find the staff there to be professional and friendly. I'm treated fairly and often they are the cheapest place in Melbourne to get the repairs done.
Boniface rocks! I always have a great experience when I go to the dealership. The crew are always nice & accommodating.
