Customer service review I was very surprised that I was taken care of as soon as i walked inside the door. Yves and everyone i spoke to were so helpful and I was their just about 1 hour. He offered me water and a snack and showed me to the waiting room and escorted me back to my car once repairs where finished. I was definitely impressed.
Car Maintenance Service It's the best FRIENDLY service I've ever received. They make you feel like you're a guest in their home. I am always greeted with a big smile from the staff. At Boniface Hiers Kia in Melbourne you can't help but have favorite places to sit while waiting and my favorite is in close proximity to TV as if I were in the living room. It's cozy.
