prompt and professional remedy new car's breaks My new Soul exhibited an unwelcomed and discomforting shudder when the brakes were applied from high speed. The Service Department professionals reviewed the new vehicle and discovered that one of the brake rotors was not "true". The rotor was promptly turned on a brake rotor refacing machine and both surfaces were fly-cut and then reassembled. Best experience ever! My salesman was waiting for me as soon as I got there since I had talked to him on the phone about an hour earlier. Butch took his time to show me a few types of Sedonas and a Sorento with 3 rows that I loved. But who knew that after all these years I would end up in a minivan again.
