Great Service Department. Will buy your car there! We had an agreed upon deal to trade our vehicle and buy a new sorento. When we arrived to close on the deal, the paper work had an additional $899 document processing fee to Boniface Hiers. We objected. The general manager came over and tried to tell us what we agreed to. We explained that the sales rep had told us to make a proposal. We did and he had approved our offer. A GREAT PLACE Fast, Friendly, Efficient service department. Between the quality of work and the comfort of the waiting area, it's actually a pleasure to go there.
Service maintenance Was very pleased the your representative made me aware of possible charges altough I had a servive agreement, which were actually covered by the agreement. He was very courteous and I felt he was actually being very up front with any issues that might be costly. I cant remember his name but I think it was TJ as nd sat in the last desk. He is very professional, knew the material we had to go over, and truly cared about my feelings and concerns as a customer. I got my new KIA Rio in a timely fashion and he made the car buying process go by smoothly and quickly.
