I took my damaged turquoise belt buckle in to see if it could be repaired. Tom looked at it and said, "Easy". He had it fixed in a day. What a guy! What a fantastic friendly family. Now i can finally wear my buckle.

I was recommended to check out Borthwick jewelry by a friend years ago when I was shopping for an engagement ring for my wife and since then they are the only store I purchase my jewelry from. They always have a great selection to choose from, they have the best prices in town, and their customer service is amazing. I would highly recommend Borthwick to anyone.

Came in very frustrated with an experience with another jeweler(where the ring was purchased), who had my ring for 5 days just to return it to me only to ask a question, with an decent increase in sizing price to deal with a setting issue. Then proceeded to tell me it would be another 7 days until I would get it back. The second I walked in the door everyone working greeted me and were so kind. Told them my story and did everything they could to find me a better deal if I wanted to return it and get free sizing through them.... read more
