After a horrible experience at a jeweler in Fairhaven ruining a family heirloom that was supposed to be my wedding ring Katrina, Max and Tom did everything in their power to correct the error and make the experience wonderful!!! I highly recommend Borthwick to anyone looking for any jewelry!!!

I just want to say this place is awesome! Thanks to Tom, Katrina and Christine for the great service!!! All the other jewelry stores we went to were just trying to make a buck off us and sell us the most expensive thing they had under the glass!
