The service technician was a knowledgeable and polite young man who seemed eager to solve the problem. Bottini’s response was quick and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Provides propane gas service. Has a monitor on the tanks so their office can see the fuel level and automatically schedule a delivery. Just installed, so I have no experience with this just yet.the office staff is very nice.
The Bottini technician called before leaving his depot to determine that we were well and ready to accept the scheduled delivery service. Jackie, from the Bottini office then called to tell us that the service technician was enroute. During this difficult time of social distancing we appreciated that the technician and the office staff followed good practice to protect us, to protect the technician and to protect the other customers on his schedule. Excellent service, great reps on the phone, and most importantly, years ago when the price of oil soared, Bottini never missed a delivery and never raised the price----he did NOT take advantage of the situation like most corporations would (and do). It's definitely a company that puts customers' needs ahead of maximizing profits.
