Very professional and explained what was needed during the furnace cleaning.
Just had my annual burner service. Very professional, polite, neat and clean, as usual. Kudos to "Chris".
We arrived at our weekend house late night on Christmas eve to find that one of the circulation pumps on our oil furnace had failed and that part of the house had no heat. This was a problem, as the 2 bathrooms in the house are situated there. We called Bottini first thing in the morning, and even though it was Christmas day, they had a service technician at the house within 2 hours. Like any other company it all depends on the employee's and how dedicated they are. My annual technician for this year of 2019 is the best and He goes on and beyond his duties. I've been with this company for several years. I've had this technician "Bobby" performs his magic, that when he's done with he services, I don't have to call the company again for 2nd check up, which I have because of other Tech's. but I give those others the benefit of doubt, since they're probably catching up to speed. TOP RATE. We received a call letting us know the serviceman was enroute. When he arrived he was considerate by wearing protective bootees so dirt wasn't tracked into house. He listened to our description of what was happening and performed the diagnostics and confirmed it was a zone valve. He promptly made the repairs and restored the system .
