We have been Bottini clients for several years, always very happy with the response and service we receive. We usually have the same tech that gets sent out for our cleaning and he has always done a great job. I love that consistency, so I was a bit nervous this year to find someone new came out. I had to have a boiler/hot water heater replaced last week and I really felt Bottini went above and beyond to get the job done well and quickly. Have been a customer for more than 16 years. Just had an annual furnace cleaning. No issues were encountered. The tech spent extra time to make sure all the components were cleaned and working in good order. Extremely professional. I also have an annual service agreement with Bottini in the event I have any problems that may arise. Never an problem if I call them.....day or night.

Bottini has been delivering oil to me for over 20 years. They have maintained my boiler and came out immediately on the rare occasion when I lost heat. In addition, they have replaced the boiler and installed my tank. They are a complete heating service company and I recommend them without reservation. Adrianna is particularly helpful and has gone out of her way to provide excellent Customer Service. You will not be sorry you did business with this company.
As always, the technician that came was here as scheduled and did an effective job to keep our furnace and water heater in tip-top shape.
