When scheduling people to be off in service area, really need to be aware of what area the people work in!!! AFTER TRYING ONLINE TO SCHEDULE Oil change and tire rotation and asking for a confirmation, I never received a confirmation!!! I spent 4 days of my time trying to find out what was going on! I finally called the Dealer's manager only to find out that several key people were scheduled to be off at the same time and that was why my questions, calls, etc. were not being returned! Service reps are knowledgeable and pleasant, and the waiting area is comfortable.
I have used Boyds service department for years. They are professional and keep you advised. I have never experienced any problems.

EASY TO SCHEDULE SERVICE APPOINTMENT. THEY WERE READY FOR MY VEHICLE WHEN I ARRIVED. COMPLETED SERVICE IN VERY TIMELY MANNER.
They got me in right away and fixed the flat. However; at my last tire rotation Boyd neglected to update the computer. I checked the tire that the computer said was flat - it was the wrong tire. Not pleased with that mistake/neglect.
Cordial Efficient Everyone was very pleasant and helpful
They did my service in a timely ,manner. I like the friendly, older gentleman, who greets customers, shows you where to go and and can answer some questions. I enjoyed my conversation with the assistant manager of the parts department and he gave me some good information and his card to call him if I had any questions. He also took the time to talk about old cars and things and didn't rush me to go on my merry way.
