Purchased a very hard to find 2024 Trax Activ, for over a month Laura kept me up to date of arriving inventory. Once I got confirmation of the soon to arrive exact match of what I was wanting to purchase Chick reached out to finalize the deal. Within 24 hours I had the Trax delivered to my driveway!!!!! Good sales team
I was greeted immediately and had a VERY pleasant encounter. Short version: I bought the vehicle. Everyone associated with the dealership was very friendly and attentive but not at all "pushy". They were very professional but in a Southern casual manner. I have been car shopping for over a year and this was the best experience. (Total experience has not been good thought I walked in "money in hand".) l have bought a number of cars in my 84 years and find SMALL dealerships the best experience.p
