Did not meet their usual very high standards. 4 hours for an oil change and wheel alignment was a bit much. Negatively impacted my entire day.
Love Boyd!! The service dept. is great. They get you in fast and friendly and keep you informed of what is going on with your vehicle. Very nice amenities in the waiting area also. They even offer doggie treats if you have your fur baby with you
