They always take good care of my Jeep Renegade.
NEEDED A 4 WHEEL ALIGNMENT, THE ALIGNMENT WAS COMPLETE, HOWEVER SOME BUSHINGS HAD WORN. CAMERON GAVE A FULL EXPLANATION OF SUGGESTED REPAIRS AND REPAIR COSTS.
I called Boyd Chevrolet with a concern I had with the vehicle, it appeared there may be a leak. Stephanie scheduled me in and on arrival Cameron took the car and had technicians check the vehicle out. I have not had an experience yet that has not been a friendly and professionally handled event. I received a quick diagnosis and was on my way. This dealership has been servicing my vehicles for many years, I know if there is maintenance or a repair to be done it will be done correctly.
Again, Boyd service was up to their normal standards. Fast and efficient service characterizes Boyd's service. The waiting area remains clean and uncluttered.
