I have never gotten anything but excellent service from Boyd Pontiac Cadillac Buick. I highly recommend them.
Would have liked to have known how long it was going to take since I waited.
This was the third attempt and last for me to correct my steering issue on my 2023 GMC 2500 HD.I called and tried to talk to the service manager and they took my name and number twice in one week. Nobody ever returned my phone call from Boyd Chevrolet. I am done with this dealership.
I emailed with sales person found out they had car I was interested in drove 3 1/2 hours to see it to be told they got it from auction and it's in garage they do not plan on keeping it due to severe issues. Complete waste of trip and 7 hours round trip of time wasted

They didn't do their job. They couldn't find a problem that I replicate almost daily, they claimed to change the transmission fluid but I see no evidence of it, and after getting the runaround from Chris, they tried to upcharge me on brakes and then blamed me for still having problems because I didn't buy new brakes. Meanwhile, my engine still cuts out on me, shifting gears is harsh, and they stand by their claim that it's all my brakes. This place is scam central. Don't trust Chris. Don't go here.
