I have never gotten anything but excellent service from Boyd Pontiac Cadillac Buick. I highly recommend them.
I have taken my truck there 4 times for the same issue with no resolution. They tell me I'm not operating the automatic features correctly. And there is nothing wrong, when clearly there is something wrong.
Would have liked to have known how long it was going to take since I waited.
This was the third attempt and last for me to correct my steering issue on my 2023 GMC 2500 HD.I called and tried to talk to the service manager and they took my name and number twice in one week. Nobody ever returned my phone call from Boyd Chevrolet. I am done with this dealership.
