I was told I'd receive a call back about my issue by the next day. (That would have been 2/14/23.) It is now 2/25/23, and I still have not received a call.
Horrible. I will not be returning to that dealership. The service employee I had to deal with on my last visit was not pleasant at all.
Horrible dealership!! It took 2 hours for a simple oil change. Listed below, I see what they say they did to the vehicle. It states that tires were rotated during this visit. Our tires were not rotated during this visit - ongoing lies from this dealership!!! Beware of Boyd Chevrolet!! Don't make the mistake we did by buying a vehicle there!!! Now it makes me wary of the information that CarFax is publishing about the vehicles!
They inspected it checked box on report stating they checked wiper blades. Got home going to wash vehicle and found both blades had rips in them. I wento auto zone and bought new ones
Took my car to boyd for 2 issues that I was having with my 2021 suburban and they couldn't figure out how to fix either issue after having it more than 24 hours.
Extreme rip off in terms of fixing my truck and communication features are now non existant....
No available loaner or even courtesy transportation. New to Asheville and they told me it will be finished by 5:00. 5:15 they mentioned bad water pump. I have to UBER and didnt get home by 8:00 PM.
The Salesman that sold the vehicle to us greeted us upon arrival, the service employee was a bit preoccupied when I left off my car, when I picked up my car I showed one of the service employees a picture of what shows up on the display sometimes when I put the car in reverse. He asked what the manual indicated it was, told him I couldnt locate it. I asked if he had any complaints about this before and he said hadnt. Suggested I bring car in when it occurs, we live 40 mile away!
I went for an estimate on April 13th. They were going to order the parts and get back with me when they came in. Well, I had to call them today, April 28th. Two weeks later. I'm not very happy about having to call them.
