Although they were busy, I was greeted by a service representative who called someone off of Lunch break to check me in. He called when my service was complete and included several options for tire replacement.

Extremely happy was promised my truck would be ready on Saturday morning and received a phone call by 9 o'clock Saturday telling me it was done, can't ask for anything better

I liked that Boyd checked by engine and cabin air filters as well as my oil and filter change
I had a 1pm appointment to get my vehicle inspected and two hours later it was done. I know it doesn't take 2 hours to do an inspection
