Just had my bi-annual service on our Lennox furnace. Beau was great. Fast friendly service every time. Great company to do business with. Very professional from sales to service. I don't call anyone else.

RecommendedTech needed a little better communication skills. Tech Could not believe that they had actually put the wrong filter in on previous visit when indeed they had. All ok otherwise. Maybe a Dale Carnegie course would help.

Very pleased with the new purchase of our Lenox Heating and Air Conditioning unit. They showed up early, installed it and showed me how to operate it in ONE DAY! My husband checked the installation up in the attic and is very pleased with the work that was done. They also told me this unit should cost us 1/10 of what our old one did to run. YEAH!!
