Brackett’s is always my first heating and air call. Replaced a 40+ year old unit and completely new duct work. Great financing options. Always timely, kind, patient and have great follow up. Bryce explained what would be completed and they did it all in one day. Beau finished this years follow up and filter check and cleaning. My heat and air bill is running less than half for the past two years. What I save on the bill is more than enough to make the monthly payment. Thanks again for the great service

Our furnace went out on the coldest night of the year, so far, last night. Technician Beau came to attempt a repair, but our system is 19yrs old, and needs replacing. He did what he could to help us have heat, and explained the system replacement options, along with financing options. The forms were online, quick and easy to fill out, with a very quick response time. Andy, the service manager was also helpful with the financing, I appreciate all their help. Brackett will be our new HVAC service provider from now on.

Dave came out to perform the biannual service on our 20+ year old heat pump on Wednesday. He discovered that it had next to no refrigerant in it. How it was working was a mystery. Unfortunately, we had to replace the entire system as it was too old to service. Amazingly, Brackett had the unit I wanted in stock and Dave, Andy and Vern were able to come out the very next morning and got my new Lennox system installed and working! Thanks guys!! Just in time for a winter storm.

We were referred to Brackett by our neighbors. I was very pleased with the service that Beau provided. He was very helpful with questions and he helped me understand more about our furnace and it's issue it was having. He was very respectful from beginning to end. I would ABSOLUTELY refer Brackett. I want to personally thank Beau for not making me feel uncomfortable with the knowledge I did not know, thanks for being that person to make the answer known in a civil way, as a teacher to student aspect. Thank you!!
