I have used Brackett for many years. They installed my system and have taken care of it ever since. They are always responsive and their staff are polite and helpful. Andy came this morning shortly after I spoke with Carla. He found the problem soon after arriving and took care of it. There was no charge as it was a follow-up call from our winter check-up. Andy is always pleasant, knowledgeable and fun to have take care of our problems.

Brackett Heating & Air has always been helpful and efficient in keeping my heating and air system in check. This is the second time I have had them install units in my homes and have been very well pleased with their professionalism. Their recommendation came from my father who had them install a unit in his home years ago. What I really liked when speaking with Mr. Brackett during the installation is that his grandson will collect the metal for recycling and adds the money to his college fund. Meant to do this back on July 4 weekend. They came out 9:00 am on Thursday, and 1:00 they started to replaced a 54 year old heating unit and 21 year air conditioning unit. At one time I think we had every staff member on this project. They were done by 5:00 that day THANKS AGAIN!!! Henry and Janet Welch
