I called Brad on a Friday evening in a panic over trying to get a loan refinanced with another company who was providing very poor service. Brad and his team, in particular Louis Fontenot, jumped right on the issue and promised a loan closing within 30 days. The loan papers were signed on the exact 30 days as promised. Could not be happier with the service, attitude and professionalism of this team.
