Brad was extremely trustworthy during my loan process. He answered all of my crazy questions. He was responsive on phone, text and email. He was available during escrow process. Brad gave great practical advice and made sure we felt comfortable at each phase of the process.

This is our third loan with Brad and team. We took advantage of the great low rates and refinanced to more than a point lower! Could not be happier that we cut 1% and 15 yrs off our loan in one swoop!
