Brad's been helping me since I first bought my house and was very helpful and kept me well informed thru the whole process. I just closed on my refinance 3 yrs after I first bought the house and Brad got me a much better rate and helped me powder my payments. He kept me updated on a daily basis, helped me gets better rate, and is very involved with his customer's. I highly recommend using Brad and the CLS team

I was initially working with a previous lender. I was already in escrow and was overwhelmed/frustrated with the previous lender’s fees his inability to explain them. I was referred to Brad by my realtors and he literally stepped in and saved the day! Brad took me on mid escrow and was very professional and found me a new lender that I could not be happier with. Brad was also very kind and responded to my needs promptly! I just closed escrow and could not be more excited!
