Brad's been helping me since I first bought my house and was very helpful and kept me well informed thru the whole process. I just closed on my refinance 3 yrs after I first bought the house and Brad got me a much better rate and helped me powder my payments. I worked with Brad from Oct 2019 until the middle of Feb 2020. He was probably the best person I have worked with in this position. Brad did an amazing job getting our loan pushed through we had a somewhat complex situation on our hands with owning multiple properties and Brad was able to get things done when other simply could not. Would definitely recommend!

Brad was the first lender I ever worked with. Very professional and easy to work with. Always answered my questions quickly whether it was by email, text, or over the phone day or evening and on the weekends. If the time ever comes again where I need another home loan or help with my current home loan I will be calling Brad Fish.

I was initially working with a previous lender. I was already in escrow and was overwhelmed/frustrated with the previous lender’s fees his inability to explain them. I was referred to Brad by my realtors and he literally stepped in and saved the day! Brad took me on mid escrow and was very professional and found me a new lender that I could not be happier with. Brad was also very kind and responded to my needs promptly! I just closed escrow and could not be more excited!
