We've worked with Brady and his team 3 times in the last 2 years for condos in Maui. Every loan has been smooth, on-time and with no surprises. When I had questions, they had honest answers. Trying to get a loan these days can be nerve-wracking. They were patient and encouraging through every step of the process. It's hard imagining having worked with another home loan team. Brady is very accessible and knows to well how the process of buying a house works and can be confusing for most people. He took the time to answer all my questions to make the process transparent and less stressful. He worked in team with my agent and the loan officer to close as quickly as possible. It took only 27 days to close and the numbers are matching the first estimate he made as well as my expectation.
