Brady Spangler delivered top notch service, with great communication. After shopping around with various lenders and loan agents I came back to Brady Spangler and Axia home loans and got a deal better than I was able to find anywhere else, and the service was remarkable. I honestly wish all businesses could perform with that level of service and integrity.
I have closed on 6 properties on Maui in the past 15 years and this past experience with Brady was far and away the easiest loan process I have experienced. This specific loan brought multiple challenges that made it a difficult loan to process, but him and his team were consistently on top of the work load. Brady was always on top of our loan file. He knows his craft extremely well. Uses technology extensively to the point where it made our lives much more easier to get through all of the forms and requirements.
