Axia and Brady, our agent, were extremely fast in processing our loan. We closed in 32 days. They also were very direct in letting you know what they needed from you, which made for a faster turn around. This was our first home purchase, so we have nothing to compare this experience to, but everyone around us was blown away at how fast our loan was processed.
This is the second time that we have worked with Brady in purchasing a home. Just like the last time, Brady and team offered flawless communication on where we were in the escrow process and exceeded our expeditions on closing escrow very quickly! Great job!
