Brady was fast & efficient! He got all the financing & paperwork in order in no time, we expected it to be more time consuming & complicated! We did feel a little confused at the begining, he's fast & very knowledgeable about his job, and as first time buyers, it made us a little nervous. After reassurance from many agents & people in the industry, we went with him anyway & it all worked out. Brady and Matt, were amazing! I cannot imagine a better team! They kept things on track and made sure everything was handled in a timely fashion. When it looked like my seller had decided not to accept my offer they were supportive even though it looked likely all of their hard work might be for nothing. Brady & Matt hit it out of the park. I can't begin to tell you how efficient, friendly and on top of things these guys were. I closed two loans simultaneously & didn't have to call once to follow up on anything as they were always keeping me in the loop for everything through out the whole loan process.
