Brady and his team completed my loan over a week early. The entire process was well planned out and communication was just perfect. I own a business which means getting a loan from a traditional bank isn’t very easy. Brady and his team were well versed in dealing with people who are self employed and this really made the process seem simple. I would definitely recommend Brady and his team to any of my family and friends.
Brady was excellent throughout the loan process, communicating in a very timely fashion, moving the loan process along, and dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition. Being an investor, my loan was more work than that of the typical owner occupant, but he handled it with relative ease. Also, he made it easy to get economical hazard insurance. I highly recommend him -- when you're doing a 1031 exchange you want a loan broker you can count on.
Brady and Matt were on point. I was inspired and energized every time I walked in their office with techno in the background, Matt grinding away, all while Brady seemed to be solving advanced calculus in his head while working out the details of my loan. They closed the loan in thirty days as promised, with time to spare. I even had some personal income issues earlier in the year that they smoothed over with the lender.
