Working with Brady and Matt was professional and thorough. After setting a closing date six weeks from finding a new home I was skeptical of it being done anywhere near that date. Having bought and sold four previous places in my life. They not only kept it on schedule, but asked if I wanted to close sooner. Brady was EXCELLENT about getting back to me immediately, via phone/email, and always got the info/paperwork to me as promised. He definitely knows what he is doing. The only problem I had was, as a person who is not in the finance business, I encountered many things that I had no clue what Brady was asking for, or how to deal with the HUGE amount of paperwork required in the process. Brady was very helpful through our process of a first home purchase in Hawaii. Of course with buying a home, there is a lot of paperwork and tedious steps, but he made it pretty painless. Love the ability to do most of it electronically. He stayed on top of things and kept us up to date. You won't go wrong with him!
