Brady did an outstanding job in procuring and "shepherding" our recent loan through the system. I have never had a lender move so quickly and efficiently, and ours was a difficult closing due to circumstances beyond Brady's and our control. He also negotiated some discounts which were appreciated. I would recommend Brady in a heartbeat and will use him again and again (although the thought of moving again makes me want to scream!).

Everything needed for loan process, including VA funding, was taken care of. Almost all electronic and everything made convenient. He worked well with the realtor as well.

Amazing! Brady and his team are so responsive that he made our home buying experiencing fairly painless :). He was always quick to answer a phone call and answer any questions that I had during the process. Brady Spangler did an excellent job getting a pre-approval letter put together in a timely manner to make our offer competitive on a condo that had multiple offers. Brady is the best loan professional I have ever utilized. He was responsive to all my questions and needs within in minutes. Working with Axia was very smooth and relatively easy. They are straight forward and to the point. Communication was fairly effective, although there were a few things they asked for without explanation. Overall a fast and easy experience.
