Great fellow. He helped me finance my home without any problems. I met with him to get pre-approved. He outlined all the forms I needed. He was quick to give my my approval and my housing price range. One I found the house I wanted, he got all the paperwork together, found a great loan for me and saved me a lot if money on closing costs. Highly recommended!
Brady did an outstanding job in procuring and "shepherding" our recent loan through the system. I have never had a lender move so quickly and efficiently, and ours was a difficult closing due to circumstances beyond Brady's and our control. He also negotiated some discounts which were appreciated. I would recommend Brady in a heartbeat and will use him again and again (although the thought of moving again makes me want to scream!).
Everything needed for loan process, including VA funding, was taken care of. Almost all electronic and everything made convenient. He worked well with the realtor as well.
