Brady and his team where amazing! They are truly on top of the loan process all the way through. I love how they answer the phone when I call or if they are busy, they always get back to me right away which made me feel like they care. It is a very stressful process getting a loan and buying a home, so when a lender answers you back pretty quickly, it takes some of that pressure off and it was so much appreciated because this team performed with great customer service all the way through! Well Axia was the following-Quick to answer my questions-Quick to help me as a first time home owner-Knowledgable on everything-Didn't try to rob me on my closing costsBrady was quick to get everything done with me correctly and professionally. We were seeking a fast close for a 2nd home in Hawaii. Brady and team at Axia were extremely efficient, and provided excellent communication every step of the way.
