"Customercentric! Great experience!" If there was a A+ rating I would have given that. From the moment that I walked in the dealership to the week after, it has been a terrific experience. The attention to detail, the no pressure tactics, I didn't feel I was buying a car. I will be returning to Bramgate again... They now feel like a trusted partner. Areas of improvement : Better coffee and access to drinks or snacks in the wait room. All good! Thank you!

"Extreme pleasure" What a great experience I had going into the voltswagon dealership at bramgate. I was going in due to unfortunate circumstances ( my car got stollen) and needed a vehicle ASAP. Within a minute of walking into the dealership Chris came to greet me. "great exerience" I came in looking to purchase the Pink Beetle. My initial impression of the Bramgate dealership was less than welcoming and I was ready to leave and go back to Honda. MY husband and I walked in and were not greeted by anyone. It was my first time in a VW dealership- when we approached the front desk to ask why no one took the time to acknowledged us, she explained they like to let customers look around without being bothered. "100% recommend to anyone looking for a new car!" First time buying my own car and I had a great experience! My salesman was Francesco, he was super knowledgeable and gave great service. Ricky helped me with insurance and he was great as well. They had my car ready for pickup in two days. I walked in wanting a Volkswagen Jetta and am loving it! "Happy Customer" All phases of my automobile purchase were top notch. I started dealing with Daniel a few months ago as I was interested in the Volkswagen Golf line but unsure which model.
