"Absolutely Awesome" The minute you walk into the dealership you are greeted with a smile and asked if they can help us. They then get a salesperson that specializes in the vehicle you are looking for.
"Jetta purchase" Chris Vander Wel helped me purchase my first car with ease and care. With his very strong sales background, he was able to help me with an affordable price and explained the process smoothly. I recommend Chris for future purchases!
"Great Sales Experience" This was my second purchase from Bramgate VW, but my first time dealing with Chris. Chris was excellent. He was friendly and explained the car and options very well. I didn't feel pressured at all. He was also very great at keeping me in the loop after the sale. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Chris or Bramgate VW to anyone.

"GTI purchase" The experience was favourable. There was no high pressure sales and everything was very smooth and efficient. I would back again for a future purchase
"Excellent Service " I got Volkswagen Jetta, service was excellent. I was recomended to this dealership by my friends. One thing Volkswagen need to work is the complementary services that their competitors provide and they dont. Other than that the car itself is a good buy. Salesperson Marco did excellent customer service but their was very little that he could do when it comes down to giving you complementary services with the car.
"Moe at Bramgate VW. Amazing guy and friendly." My visit to Bramgate VW was amazing. I recently purchased a 2016 VW GTI. The service was top notch! When I was figuring out the details of my trade in and what not. My wife had mentioned to me that she could really go for a cafe mocha. "Customercentric! Great experience!" If there was a A+ rating I would have given that. From the moment that I walked in the dealership to the week after, it has been a terrific experience. The attention to detail, the no pressure tactics, I didn't feel I was buying a car. I will be returning to Bramgate again... They now feel like a trusted partner.
