"Great service" Came to Bramgate VW looking to buy a car, found exactly what I wanted with great help and information. I would recommend this dealership/sales staff to anyone looking to buy a new or used VW.
"Leasing a car from Andrew Seery, an amazing salesperson" Of course, we were recommended by our son to come to see Andrew as he recently leased a car from him. Cesare Sr. and I do not appreciate the aggressive sales approach. We were made to feel comfortable by Andrew immediately and began sharing stories especially about English and Italian soccer. "Good sales experience" Chris was a great salesperson to work with. He responded quickly to all of our queries and had a great personality. He was able to arrange a test drive in the exact car that I ended up purchasing which was a nice touch. Overall he was a great person to deal with.
"High quality used car" I contacted Chris via the web for some info regarding a used car on the lot. He went above and beyond to explain the process and keep our travel time to the minimum (3 ½ hrs each way) even though I was still on the fence; other used car dealers chose to hound me and lose this and future business. Joanne was also very pleasant and fun to work with. She even went out of her way to secure a better rate for us and research the finer points of the Appearance-Gard packages. "Amazing" We had a fantastic experience purchasing our car with Bramgate and Chris especially. He was able to get us right where we wanted to be on payments and model. He was always answering emails right away and was very helpful. We had an issue with the vehicle when it was delivered but Chris and Hugh were able to work everything out for us in the end. I've emailed a few more questions since we've purchased the vehicle and Chris has been very quick and helpful in his response. A great salesman. :)
