"Great overall experience" The service we received was professional and honest. Everyone involved (Chris, Ali and Joanne) was very friendly and courteous...The negotiating process was fair and honest. I felt reassured knowing that I was buying a used car from a reputable dealer.
"New Car Purchase: " Overall excellent process, understood requirements, timely responses, first rate service. Second car purchased from Jiri Kazda in past two months. Jiri always provided immediate answers, and exceptional advice. Joanna was also excellent, really understood what was important to us.
"Exceptional Service" Having browsed through a few of the other reviews, I don't think I'll be adding anything new here. The team at Bramgate VW were exceptional; particularly, Joanne and Chris. This was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle and to say they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable is a gross under statement. "Renewed Faith In Dealerships" One thing that has always made me apprehensive about dealerships is they tend to be very pushy and it is off-putting for anyone who may just have some questions about the car.
