"Over the top experience " My experience at bramgate was mostly with the sales representative Daniel, who was nothing more than caring and understanding of the needs, wants and concerns I had. He had solutions for every concern and created a deal that I couldn't refuse. I then met with the finance adviser Joanne who was just as caring of my needs and provided the best service possible to make sure I walked away happy and satisfied with my decisions
"Great experience" The people at Bramgate VW treat you as if they have known you forever. They don't pressure you into buying a car but are always there to answer your questions. Which I did call a lot. I'm so happy with my 2016 Jetta and so happy that I went with Bramgate VW.
"Very Easy" All representatives were easy to speak with and understood my needs. The purchase and delivery of the car was smooth and worry free. This is my Second Bramgate car and will no doubt be back for a third.
"Great experience!" This is my second time buying a car at this dealership and the process was smooth and pleasant. I dealt with Chris on both vehicle purchases. I had a couple of special requests with regard to the second vehicle and Chris was able to accommodate these without any hassle. Overall a great experience. Joanne was very friendly and helpful on the paperwork side of things as well.
