"Friendly staff, great service " The staff at bramgate vw were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated how honest they were because it was my first time buying a car and the other dealerships I went too I felt like they were taking advantage of the fact that I was young and an inexperienced buyer. They gave me all the information I needed and didn't bother me about buying the car. they are truly a family business and make you feel comfortable about buying a car.
"2015 Golf Sportwagon Purchase" This was by far the least stressful car purchase I've made in a long time. "Excellent Service" My experience buying my new Golf was excellent from start to finish. I dealt with Jiri, who was an exceptional sales person. He had knowledge and was never rushing. He took us out for a test drive and encouraged us to drive the car like we wanted to. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Jiri. "2015 Golf" Great service overall. Chris V. was a big help in showing me cars and giving me pointers on what would work best for me. He even sold me on the colour (platinum grey), as I was looking at white. But once I saw the grey I loved it. The car rides smooth and has a nice bit of pick up and so far I am impressed. Joanne was also great to deal with on the financing side. All staff were very personable and friendly! Thanks for the wonderful experience Bramgate!
