"2015 Golf" I went to the dealership looking to lease a 3dr 2015 Golf. Marco was great. He gave all the information I needed upfront, wasn't pushy, and gave me a proper test drive instead of the 5 minute ones you usually get. Joanne at the finance department was also great, and she even told me not to get a more expensive protection package because I didn't really need it. My only drawback was that I wished I got more value for my trade-in. Overall I would greatly recommend Bramgate Volkswagen.

"Fast and honest service" The Bramgate Volkswagen dealership was a very professional environment with friendly staff. I bought a Jetta TDI from Jiri Kazda who had an honest and no nonsense approach to putting a deal together.
"Great as always" I deal exclusively with John Forth who I highly respect and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. I find the sales team very knowledgeable which is not always the case with dealerships. In saying that, I visited a Ford dealership just last month and 3 sales staff members couldn't answer (what I thought) was a basic question about an option on one of their cars. I've never experienced that at Bramgate VW. The sales team and John are very knowledgeable about all VW vehicles.
"One of the Best Dealerships I have ever worked with." Purchased a 2007 GTI. Not the biggest sale but the team acted very professional and I give them top marks for the amount of attention and follow-up they provided.
"Very positive experience" Straight ahead friendly staff, no nonsense, no pressure. The car (used 2010 Mini Cooper) was immaculate. Great follow up from Marco. I will recommend this dealership.
"Just what I needed" Everyone at this dealership were super nice and very helpful. I was purchasing my first vehicle, and Marco made my first experience very positive. There was not a time when I second guessed buying my car here. I will not hesistate to recommend it to anyone or come and get my next car as well (not for a while, I love my Jetta!!). Marco is very honest, trustworthy, and has a great personality. This allows him to connect with you, making the experience a good one.
