"My first experience with Bramgate VW" I was in the market for a certified used car for my daily commuting to work and found my 2010 Passat at the Bramgate VW dealership. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and enjoyable this experience was. "A great experience, as always" I have bought VW vehicles at Bramgate since 1978, many of them from John Forth. I always seek out John because he knows VW vehicles, he is friendly and there is no pressure. I appreciate that. I had a similar experience dealing for the first time with Sudir Luthra in Finance. The delivery took place as promised, the car was spotless and after a week of driving my new 2015 Jetta TSI no defects have shown up. John phoned me a few days after delivery to ask if I had any questions or problems.
