Brandi was extremely professional and timely in all correspondence. She answered all of our questions and clearly conveyed what she needed from us to comply with her underwriting guidelines.
She explained the process very well, and answered all my questions and was able to explain all the hard procedures that I wasn't able to understand from the first time...I was very satisfied.

We had a different lender before going to Brandi. It was an absolute nightmare trying to get anything done. Apparently because we were buying a house located on 40 acres, this proved to be a challenge for the bank.
