He continuously sent us pre-approval letters throughout our 10+ offers, always quickly responded with estimates and gave advice what we can afford, which was very helpful as a first-time home buyer. The estimates of rates and closing costs during pre-approval were correct, and he was always available to give advice and navigate the complex loan process. Highly recommend!

Brandon and his team did an amazing job with finalizing our loan. Honestly he did above and beyond our expectations. Look, I can't imagine anyone doing the job of loan officer better than Brandon Cobb at Strong Mortgage. You will be lucky if you get to work with him. Customer service at the level he provides is hard to come by in the U.S. He recently served as our loan agent for a new home purchase in DC. He was professional, responsive, transparent, and proficient. What is more, he stepped up as our advocate in the process when our real estate agent didn't.

Brandon did a great job with helping us purchase our next home. Of the 5 houses we have bought over the years, this one was the smoothiest and easiest of all.
