I really appreciated Brandon's straight forward approach. He offered the best rates upfront and provided plenty of information so we could decide the right time to lock in the rate. I also appreciated his realistic monthly payment estimates upfront, that included taxes and insurance. There were no surprises later in the process, actual cost were on par with original estimates. I would definitely work with him again.
