Working with Brandon was a great experience and he made it easy. This was my third time purchasing a home and he very helpful and patient. Brandon and I have known each other for a long time and I typically don't use friends when it comes to business, but he treated me professionally and was very attentive to my needs in the process. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a loan. I am very satisfied with the outcome of our purchase and greatly appreciate the teamwork.
While Brandon was our loan officer, he was also a guiding light throughout the whole first-time-home-buying-process. He talked to my wife and I as if we were friends, not clients. He approached our needs with personal insight and reassuring support the whole time. Brandon was always available for questions, via text or phone. In today’s world of everyone doing their own thoughts of what is right and what is wrong they never think about what your needs are. But, Brandon and his team at PRMI were professional very expedient and completely in control of my mortgage they actually closed three days earlier than expected I couldn’t be happier having Brandon on my team.

Brandon helped me with a home refinance and getting cash out to do some updates. My current mortgage lender said this process would take 90 days and we would get a better interest rate, but not much better. Brandon told me that we would be able to refinance in about 45 days. It ended up being just over 30 days and a much better interest rate. I highly recommend that anyone who is looking at buying a house or refinancing should contact Brandon.
